Project overview  

Braybrooke Beer Co. is a specialist lager brewery and taproom situated on Braybrooke Farm in Market Harborough, offering quality beer in the heart of the peaceful British countryside.  

Rising energy costs and a commitment to sustainability inspired Braybrooke to explore renewable energy solutions – solar PV offered a practical way to cut emissions, reduce operational costs and support the brewery’s growth ambitions. 

Installation details  

Plug me in installed a 101 kWp solar PV system large enough to generate 86,860 kWh and save 18.4 tonnes of CO2 every year. Over the lifetime of the system, this reduction in CO2 emissions is roughly the same as removing 77 petrol-powered cars from the road.  

Financial and environmental impact  

The solar PV system we installed for Braybrooke Beer Co. helps them continue doing what they’re known for whilst significantly reducing costs and emissions. Now using the power of the sun to support their operations, they’re continuing to make strides in sustainability.
